Delivery Timeline: Once the order is verified and dispatched, the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for major metropolitan cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. During peak sale periods or new collection launches, delivery may exceed.
Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders exceeding a total invoice value of Rs.5,000. For orders below this threshold, a standard flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be applied.
Courier Partners: To ensure the safety of your parcel, we only use premium courier services. Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
International Shipping Timeline: International orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days via Pakistan Post , DHL, FedEx, or SkyNet.
Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Baraya Store does not pre-calculate or collect these fees.

Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the volumetric weight of the package at the time of checkout.

Conditions for Exchange: Timeframe: You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and price labels intact. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear will be rejected.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a Store Credit/Voucher (valid for 30 days) or ship the replacement item.

Evidence: Claims must be accompanied by high-quality photographs of the defect and the packaging.
Resolution: Our Quality Assurance team will review the claim. If approved, Baraya Store will provide a replacement or a digital coupon for the full value of the item.
