Order Verification: All orders are subject to a strict verification process. A representative will contact you via SMS, Phone Call, or WhatsApp. If unverified for more than 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Delivery Timeline: Once verified and dispatched — 3 to 5 working days for major cities, 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. Delivery may exceed during peak sale periods.

Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all domestic orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders below this threshold carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 220.

Courier Partners: We use only premium courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

International Shipping: Delivered within 10–15 working days via Pakistan Post, DHL, FedEx, or SkyNet.

Customs & Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Cost: Calculated based on destination and volumetric weight at checkout.

Baraya's Store follows a strict NO REFUND policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we are committed to a fair exchange process.

Timeframe: Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be entertained.

Condition of Items: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice must be included in the return parcel.

Sale Items: Items purchased on Sale, Clearance, or Discounted Promotion are not eligible for exchange unless the item received is faulty.

How to Exchange: Contact our Customer Care via Email exchange@barayas.store or WhatsApp +92 330-0230046 with your Order ID. Ship the item back at your own expense. After inspection, we will issue a Store Credit/Voucher (valid 30 days) or ship the replacement.

Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Claims must be accompanied by high-quality photographs of the defect and the packaging.

Resolution: Our Quality Assurance team will review the claim. If approved, Baraya Store will provide a replacement or a digital coupon for the full value of the item.

Personal Data: We collect your name, contact number, shipping address, and email strictly for order fulfillment and internal marketing analytics.

Security: Your data is protected using SSL encryption. We do not store Credit/Debit card details on our servers — all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Care Instructions: Baraya's Store is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect washing or handling. We recommend Dry Cleaning for all formal/embellished wear and strictly following the care label.
